Regular Meeting

THAT the Council proceed to In Camera in order to address a matter pertaining to a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.

THAT the Council rise and reconvene and authorize staff to proceed as directed.

THAT the minutes of the Fifth Special Meeting, the minutes of the Fifth In Camera meeting and the minutes of the Sixth Regular meeting of the Municipality of South Dundas be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report PE2019-01 to comply with the minimum Ontario Building Code compulsory life and safety requirements of the Carman House in order to retain the residential occupancy; and, THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas approve Option # 2 as per the Architectural & Engineering Code Compliance Review attached completed by Achitecture49 Inc and EVB Engineering.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report CLK2019-02 to appoint various community members to the committees as attached.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report CLK2019-03 to approve Halpenny Insurance Brokers Ltd. to proceed with Option 2 as outlined within the report.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report CLK2019-04 to approve the Festival Insurance Policy for 2019-20.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report CAO2019-01 and authorize the endorsement of the Operational Plan for the South Dundas Regional Drinking Water System, and; THAT the Council of the Municipality approve The Operational Plan as presented. THAT all items listed under the General Consent section of the Agenda be adopted as presented.

THAT Council proceed In Camera in order to address a matter pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employee.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas rise and reconvene and authorize Staff to proceed as directed.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-06, being a By-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT Council now adjourn to meet again at the call of the Chair.
