THAT Council direct Staff to proceed with the Dutch Meadows Pumping Station as outlined by the EVB Technical Memorandum dated January 22, 2021; and, THAT the tender documents are created to make the supply of the metering chamber, 25 kW backup generator with ATS, and the underground watermain as provisional items and the removal of the rain shelter.
