THAT, the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report TS2022-08 to approve the disposal of surplus equipment (Grader #91) using Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers; AND THAT, Council authorizes Staff to proceed with transporting Unit #91 to Ritchie Bros. auction site in Mont-Saint-Hilaire, QC at a cost of $1,100.00 plus HST.

THAT Council accept Report CAO2022-13 to authorize up to $100,000 transfer from the Sale of Asset Reserve Fund to fund, in part, the removal of fill at the Industrial Park (Southeast Corner) as a condition under the Purchase and Sale for Safavieh Home Furnishings.
