BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of South Dundas direct staff to commence negotiating a 15-year term financing agreement with Ontario Infrastructure & Lands Corporation (OILC) to finance $1,052,000 for the Iroquois Plaza Storm Sewers Relining and Parking Lot Resurface. AND THAT staff return at a future meeting and provide Council with final financing terms for approval prior to executing the agreement.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT By-Law No. 2025-83, being a By-Law to revise Policy No, 9-1, the Municipal Alcohol Policy, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed; AND THAT By-Law No. 2017-57 and all previous versions of Policy No. 9- 1 are herby repealed and replaced by the policy attached as Schedule “A”.
