That the Fifty-Ninth, Sixtieth and Sixty-First and In Camera meetings of the Municipality of South Dundas be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Council of Municipality of South Dundas allow for the suspension of rules, as per Section 33 of By-law No. 2020-22 - Procedure By-law, to reconsider motion 18-22-669 to authorize the donation of the labour and equipment costs to the Matilda Recreation Committee in the amount of $4.738.29 for the installation of the ball diamond lights.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas reconsider motion 18-22-669 to authorize the donation of labour and equipment costs to the Matilda Recreation Committee in the amount of $4,738.29 for the installation of the ball diamond lights.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept report TR2020-10 to authorize the donation of labour and equipment costs to the Matilda Recreation Committee in the amount of $3,568. 65 for the installation of the ball diamond lights.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas approve Report FES2020-07 to award the contract of the Radio Paging System to BearCom for the amount of $235,655.00 plus HST and the tower component to be completed by On-Tower for the amount of $70,473.60 plus HST; and, THAT Council authorize the transfer of $71,713.98 from the Fire Reserve to fund the tower component of the project.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report TS2020-13 to approve the disposal of surplus equipment (see attached list) using GOV DEALS.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report TS2020-14 to approve the submissions for the 2020- 2021, 2021-2022 and 2022-2023 seasons for Snow Removal, as attached.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report ES2020-16 to permit Staff to move the existing ATCO Trailer in McIntosh Park to the Matilda Landfill to be utilized by Staff.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report CAO2020-11 to authorize Swank Construction Ltd. and EVB Engineering to design collection system for Option 3 at an invert of 76 metres (4.0m depth) for the future serviceability of Dutch Meadows.

That By-Law No. 2020-82, being a By-law to regulate the operation of various off-road vehicles on Municipal Roads, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

That By-Law No. 2020-83, being a By-law to execute an Agreement with David Brown Construction Limited to replace the Iroquois Sanitary Sewer, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

That By-Law No. 2020-84, Being a By-law to adopt Policy 3-23 – Telecommuting Policy, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT all items listed under General Consent section of the Agenda be adopted as presented, save and except for Items 8.c and 8.i be moved to Discussion Items.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept drainage maintenance tendering option two to move forward with drain maintenance for 2020-2021 by preparing for a late November/early December tender period offering a summer construction period; and, That Staff request quotations for the Ault Munro and Moorhead drains for 2020.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas supports the resolution from the Municipality of Tweed requesting immediate action by all levels of government regarding cannabis zoning regulations.

THAT By-law No. 2020-85, being a By-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution be read and passed, in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT Council now adjourn to meet again at the call of the Chair.
