THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas proceed In Camera pursuant to Section 239 (c) and (b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; and, personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees.
