BE IT RESOLVED THAT the August 13, 2025, Council Meeting of the Municipality of South Dundas now be opened at 5:29 p.m.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas approve the agenda as amended.

That Council accepts report FS2025-07 to approve the Financial Statements as presented by MNP LLP on July 16, 2025.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas authorize the Director of Transportation to approve a change-order under the Hot Mix Paving Contract with Cornwall Gravel Company Ltd for the installation of a double scratch pad complete with a 25mm Thin lift of Asphalt in the amount of $61,100.00 plus HST.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas waive parkland fees associated with Consent Applications B-20-2024 and B-78-2025.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas award Tender TS25-05 for Concrete Grinding at the Matilda Landfill to Creekside Excavation Inc. in the amount of $37,235.00 +HST. AND THAT the Clerk and Director of Transportation be authorized to sign all necessary documents to give effect to the contract.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of South Dundas adopts By-law 2025-64 being a By-law to amend By-law No. 2021-71 to execute an amended Subdivision Agreement with Swank Construction Limited. AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute all documents required to effectively carry out this Agreement. AND THAT the Council of South Dundas direct staff to clear the municipal conditions outlined in Subdivision Application No. 01-Sd-S-2023 (Red Line Edit) with the Corporation of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry. AND THAT By-law 2025-54 be repealed in its entirety.

THAT all items listed under General Consent section of the Agenda be adopted as presented.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of South Dundas adjourn to the call of the chair at 7:50 pm.
