THAT Council accept Report CAO2021-03 to approve Coco Paving Inc. for the Morrisburg Roundabout and Streetscaping project totaling $812,913.65 plus HST, less the provisional item of supplying and installing eight benches with a concrete bench pad and Test Pit at $31,800.00 plus HST; and THAT Council authorize the transfer of $30,000 from the Economic Development Reserve; and THAT the remaining financial shortfall for the project be financed from the working reserve to be reimbursed in the 2022 Budget.
