BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas hereby adopts the South Dundas Strategic Plan’s mission statement, corporate values and three pillars of success for the years 2025-2028. AND FURTHER THAT staff be directed to develop, incorporate and present a detailed work plan for the implementation of these strategic components at the February 19th,2025, meeting of Council.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of South Dundas hereby adopts By- Law No 2025-14 appointing Julie Stewart as Acting Chief Administrative Officer for the Municipality of South Dundas. AND FURTHER THAT the Acting CAO shall have all the powers and duties of the Chief Administrative Officer as set out in any applicable by- laws, policies, and/or legislation.
