THAT the minutes of the Twentieth Regular and In Camera Meetings of the Municipality of South Dundas be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report RF2019-08 to reject both bids submitted for the REC19- 11 Matilda Hall Renovations tender.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report TS2019-03 to award Tender TS19-12 for Granular A (5/8” Crushed Stone) to Cornwall Gravel Company in the amount of $11.75/tonne plus HST.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report TS2019-04 to award Tender TS 2019-12 for Granular Stone Dust to Cornwall Gravel Company in the amount of $11.83/Tonne plus HST.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report TS2019-05 to award Tender TS19-12 for Granular A (5/8” crushed stone) to Cornwall Gravel Company in the amount of $11.75/tonne plus HST delivered.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report TS2019-06 to award Tender TS19-12 for the supply of Topsoil to Lloyd McMillan Equipment Ltd in the amount of $14.95/m3.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas receive Report TS2019-07 to accept the Tender for the Biennial OSIM Bridge Inspections from the Ainley Graham and Associates Ltd. in the amount of $5,565.00 plus HST.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report CLK2019-09 to provide liability insurance to the Farmer’s Market group.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-35 being a By-law to amend By-law No. 2017-58 to enact rules and regulations to inspect, install, repair, replace or alter water meters and related appurtenances, including the penalties for offences, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-37, being a By-law to amend By-law No. 2007-57 to establish a capital levy charge for the benefit of current and future users of the South Dundas Water Treatment Plant (SDWTP) be read and passed, signed and sealed in open Council.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-48, being a By-law to adopt Policy No. 10-2 – Tree Canopy & Natural Vegetation Policy be read and passed, in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-49, being a By-Law to assess the maintenance costs of the Carkner Municipal Drain, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-50, being a By-Law to assess the maintenance costs of the Don Hanes Municipal Drain Branch 12, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-51, being a By-Law to assess the maintenance costs of the Marcellus Municipal Drain, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT all items listed under the General Consent section of the Agenda be adopted as presented.

THAT the Council proceed to In Camera in order to address a matter pertaining to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employee ; and a position, plan, procedure, criteria or instruction to be applied to any negotiations carried on or to be carried on by or on behalf of the municipality or local board.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas rise and reconvene and authorize Staff to proceed as directed.

THAT By-Law No. 2019-52, being a By-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT Council now adjourn to meet again at the call of the Chair.
