BE IT RESOLVED THAT Council of South Dundas hereby authorizes the Fire Chief to proceed with issuing the tender for Forestry Unit-Pickup SSV in accordance with the Municipality's Procurement Policy and all applicable legislation; AND THAT The results of the tender process shall be brought back to Council for final approval prior to awarding the contract.
