Regular Meeting

THAT the minutes of the Ninety-First Regular and In Camera meeting of Council be adopted as circulated.

THAT Council accept Report TS2021-07 to enter into a three- year lease agreement with Ultramar Fuels for the supply of a Carlock Fuel System to dispense Colored Diesel, Clear Diesel and Regular fuel for the Matilda and Williamsburg Public Works Yards; and THAT Council authorizes Staff to proceed with the additional work as identified in the report.

THAT Council accept report FES2021-05 to approve the purchase of 54 Firefighting Helmets from A.J. Stone Company Ltd. for the cost of $16,720.00 plus HST.

THAT Council accept report FES2021-06 to approve the purchase of Bunker Gear from A.J. Stone Company Ltd. for the cost of $34,800.00 plus HST included for 2021 and $22,600.00 plus HST for 2022.

That Council accept Report CS2021-04 to approve the sole sourcing of the website redesign to UpanUp Studios Inc. for $18,000.00 plus HST as part of the United Counties of Stormont, Dundas and Glengarry multisite platform.

THAT Council accept report ES2021-14 to approve the Terms of Reference and Logo for the South Dundas Youth Advisory Committee.

THAT By-Law No. 2021-70, being a By-law to enter into a Site Plan Control Agreement with Ross Video Limited, be read and passed in open Council, signed, and sealed.

THAT By-Law No. 2021-71, being a By-Law to approve the Subdivision Agreement for Dutch Meadows, be read and passed in open Council, signed, and sealed.

THAT all items listed under General Consent section of the Agenda be adopted as presented, save and except for Item 9.c be moved to Discussion Items.

THAT Council supports the Town of Fort Erie’s resolution regarding Licensing of Cannabis Operations - Previously Operating Illegally.

THAT Council proceed In Camera pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, more specifically, personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees Re: Staff.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas rise and reconvene and authorize Staff to proceed as directed.

THAT By-law No. 2021-72, being a By-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution be read and passed, in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT Council now adjourn to meet again at the call of the Chair.
