BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of South Dundas award joint tender TS26-03 with the Township of North Dundas for the purchase of two One Ton 4x4 Crew Cab & Chassis to Laplante Chevrolet Buick GMC Ltd in the total amount of $128,707.50 plus HST, and THAT the Director of Transportation and Clerk be authorized to sign all necessary documents to give effect to the contract.

BE IT RESOVLED THAT Council of the Municipality of South Dundas award Tender TS26-04 to purchase one (1) Backhoe in the amount of $183,800 plus HST from Delta Power Equipment Ltd., and, THAT Council authorize the purchase of the extended 5 year/5000 hour warranty for this unit in the amount of $16,500 plus HST., and, THAT the Director of Transportation and Clerk be authorized to sign all necessary documents to give effect to the contract.
