Regular Meeting

That the Sixty-Second, Sixty-Third and In Camera meetings of the Municipality of South Dundas be adopted as circulated.

THAT the Public Meeting to consider Zoning By-law Amendment, be opened at 6:02 p.m.

THAT the Public Meeting to consider Zoning By-law Amendments, be closed at 6:04 p.m.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report CAO2020-12 to award the additional Storm Culvert Relining in Iroquois to Aqua Drain Sewer Services Inc. for a total of $154,262.00 plus HST.

That By-Law No. 2020-86, being a By-law to assess the maintenance costs of the Devlin Municipal Drain, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

That By-Law No. 2020-87 being a By-law to establish a Corporate Lockout Tagout Policy, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

That By-Law No. 2020-88, being a By-law to amend Zoning By- law No. 2010-48 be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

That By-Law No. 2020-89, being a By-law to exempt lands legally described as Part Lot 101, Block 26 on Plan 29, in the former geographic Township of Williamsburg, be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

That By-Law No. 2020-90, being a By-law to authorize a Temporary Use Zoning By-law Amendment to Zoning By-law No. 2010-48 be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT all items listed under General Consent section of the Agenda be adopted as presented, save and except for Item 9.g be moved to Discussion Items.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas authorize the refund of landfill disposal fees to the Iroquois-Matilda Lions Club in the amount of $91.00.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas proceed In Camera pursuant to Section 239 (e), (c) and (b) of the Municipal Act, 2001, litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board; a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board; personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employee.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas rise and reconvene and support the Clark Consulting Report regarding an appeal to the Counties Official Plan as it applies to South Dundas; and That the recommendation be forwarded to the United Counties of S.D.&G. for their consideration; and That Staff proceed as directed from all other discussions.

THAT By-law No. 2020-91, being a By-law to adopt, confirm and ratify matters dealt with by resolution be read and passed, in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT Council now adjourn to meet again at the call of the Chair.
