BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of South Dundas adopt By-law No. 2025-24, being a By-law to: 1. Update the regulations and rates for water and wastewater services; 2. Establish rules and regulations governing the inspection, installation, repair, replacement, and alteration of water meters and related appurtenances; and 3. Set penalties for offences related to these regulations; AND THAT this By-law will repeal and replace By-law No. 2017-58, 2021- 128, 2023-53, 2024-03, and 2024-83 upon the date of passing of By-law No. 2025-24.
