Special Council

THAT Council proceed In Camera pursuant to Section 239 (2)(c) and (f) of the Municipal Act, 2001, a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board Re: Municipal Property and; advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose Re: Municipal Agreement(s).

THAT Council rise and reconvene and authorize Staff to proceed as directed.

THAT Council accept Report CAO2022-04 to award the Water & Wastewater Rate Study to DFA Infrastructure International Inc. in the amount of $24,900.00 plus HST

THAT Council accept Report CAO2022-05 to award the Supply & Installation of Waterfront Pathway Lights at the Morrisburg Waterfront to ACF Electric in the amount of $67,527.99 plus HST; and THAT Council direct staff to bring forward a report with financing options to fund the pathway lighting shortfall.

That By-Law No. 2022-44, being a By-law to authorize execution of an agreement with Watersheds Canada for the Morrisburg Waterfront Park Planting Plan be read and passed in open Council, signed and sealed.

THAT Council now adjourn to meet again at the call of the Chair.
