BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE Council of South Dundas authorize the Clerk and Mayor to sign North Dundas Bylaw 2025-43, attached, to formally initiate collaborative efforts exploring potential joint water servicing projects

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council of South Dundas adopt By-law 2025- 54 being a Bylaw to execute a Subdivision Agreement with Swank Construction Limited for Dutch Meadows Phase 1B; AND THAT the Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to execute the Subdivision Agreement with Swank Construction Limited, as attached as Schedule "A" ; AND THAT the Council of South Dundas authorizes the execution of the Subdivision Agreement and further directs staff to clear the Municipal conditions outlined in Subdivision Application No. 01-SD-S-2023 (Red Line Edit) with the Counties of SDG. AND THAT By-law No. 2022-21 be repealed in its entirety
