AND THAT Council awards the Provisional Work to JT Concrete Ltd in the amount of $19,208.00 plus HST. AND THAT the Manager of Transportation be authorized to sign all necessary documents to give effect to the contract.

THAT the Council of the Municipality of South Dundas accept Report No. TS2024-03 to award the tender for the purchase of One Freightliner Tri-Axle plow truck with Pro-line 2 Box, Plow and Wing to GinCor Industries in the amount of $449,950.00 plus HST. AND THAT Council award the Provisional Swing Blade purchase to GinCor Industries in the amount of $2,380.00 plus HST. AND THAT the Manager of Transportation be authorized to sign all necessary documents to give effect to the contract.

BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Sale and Disposition of Land Policy No. 1-10, be amended in accordance with Schedule “A” as attached to the By-law and furthermore that By Law No. 2017- 08 any previous by-laws pertaining to the Sale and Disposition of Land are hereby repealed.
